- If you’re not satisfied - whether your product is opened or unopened - please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a short note or photo explaining the issue. We’ll review it and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

✔ opened or used Items - if you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll issue a refund once we’ve reviewed your request.
✔ unOpened or unused Items - Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 7 days after approval
