Returns & Exchanges

- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right. Please remember, the safety seal cannot be broken.

Refunds

✔ Unopened & Unused Items – Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
✔ Opened Items – Not eligible for a refund, but we’ll offer a discount on your next order as a courtesy.
